An Amenity That Pays Its Own Way

Give families and guests another reason to spend time — and money — on property with a professionally managed game room or arcade. We supply it, service it and keep it earning; your staff never has to think about it.

Why It Works for Hospitality

  • Guests stay on property — entertainment fills evenings, rainy days and the hour before check-out
  • Zero operational burden — we install, stock, service and manage
  • Sized to your space — from a corner alcove to a full room
  • Incremental revenue from equipment your staff never touches
  • A reason to choose you — families book the hotel with something to do

What Fits a Property

Entertainment for Every Corner of the Hotel

A hotel has more than one place where entertainment earns its floor space. We look at each of them.

Game Room or Arcade

The anchor amenity — video, sports, driving and skill games matched to the guests you actually host, laid out for the space you have.

Game rooms & redemption →

Cranes & Prize Games

The highest-visibility, most-played games in any family setting — a crane by the pool entrance or the lobby earns on its own.

Cranes & prizes →

Redemption & Card Systems

Tickets, prizes and a card system instead of coins — a cleaner guest experience and cleaner accounting for you.

Card systems →

ATM in the Lobby

Guests need cash for tips, the shuttle and the game room. A fully managed ATM keeps it on property, with surcharge revenue shared back to you.

ATM services →

The Hotel Bar

Electronic darts, Golden Tee and a jukebox turn the lobby bar into the place guests end the night instead of leaving the property.

Music

A TouchTunes jukebox in the bar or restaurant gives guests control of the room and adds another revenue line.

Who It Fits

  • Family and waterpark hotels — kids with time on their hands are the best arcade customers there are
  • Resorts and lodges — evenings and weather days need something indoors
  • Hotels with a bar or restaurant — darts, sports games and music keep guests spending on property
  • Extended-stay and airport hotels — long evenings, captive guests, a lobby ATM that gets used
  • Event and convention properties — a break-time destination between sessions

What We Bring

  • The equipment — provided and owned by us, so there's no capital outlay
  • Layout and game mix — planned around your traffic and your guests
  • Installation — coordinated around your operation, not the other way round
  • Service, restocking and prize merchandising — on a schedule, and on request when something needs attention
  • Rotation — games that stop earning get swapped for ones that will

Hospitality Questions, Answered

How much space do we need?

Less than you'd think. A single crane or a two-game alcove works in a hallway or lobby corner; a dedicated room lets us build a full arcade with redemption. The walk-through tells us what fits.

Who services the games and restocks the prizes?

We do. Repairs, restocking, prize merchandising and cash handling are all part of the program. If something needs attention between visits, your staff submit a service request or call (612) 721-3393 and we take it from there.

What does it cost the hotel?

In a typical placement we provide, install and service the equipment and the property shares in the revenue — no equipment purchase. The exact arrangement depends on the space and the mix, which is what the location review is for.

Can we start small and grow?

Yes. Many properties start with a crane and an ATM and add a room once they see how guests use it. Because we own the equipment, expanding or rotating games later is straightforward.

Do you work with hotels outside the metro?

Our service area is the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro. If you're on the edge of it, ask — the answer is often yes.
